Definitions

• Qworum (hereinafter the "Platform") is a frontend platform for distributed web applications.
• Doğa Armangil (hereinafter "Company") is a software engineer, and the author and operator of the Platform.
• The owner of a Qworum-enabled website is hereinafter designated as the "Customer".
• The user of a Qworum-enabled web browser is hereinafter designated as the "End-user".
• Qworum Business (hereinafter the "Subscription") is a subscription plan that the Customer can purchase from the Company for enabling the Platform on internet and intranet websites.

Collected data

The Company does not collect any data from the End-user.

The mandatory data that the Company collects from the Customer include:

• The Customer name,
• The Customer address,
• The Customer's email address,
• The DNS domain(s) that is/are the object(s) of the Subscription(s).

The optional data that the Company collects from the Customer include:

• The Customer's bank account identifier,
• The Customer's bank account holder name,
• The Customer's bank account holder address.

Use of collected data

The Company uses the collected mandatory data for managing Subscriptions.

Transmission of collected data to third parties

The Company does not transmit any Customer data to any third parties, except for the payment services providers whose services the Company uses for managing Subscriptions.
